WOD OUT is an LGBT+ and ally fitness community that meets on a regular basis to sweat for a good cause. We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment where people are free to be their authentic selves whilst nurturing a healthy mind, body and soul.
We celebrate diversity and everyone is welcome! It’s a great way to meet like-minded people and to build lasting relationships.
SUNDAY SESSIONS take place every week at 9am. Expect a mix of running (at your own pace), interval training and hill sprints to get your sweat on; followed by a coffee and bite to eat with the team. What better way to spend your Sunday morning!?
And every few months we partner with a gym to deliver a fun, yet challenging, fitness experience that push our community beyond what they thought possible. Proceeds from our events go towards developing programs that support our community.
